Winter

Time to get the winter woollies out - we're off camping later to the National Park. There's a real chill in the air, so it'll be great sitting round the camp fire all rugged up. Maybe its because I was born in December in the Northern Hemisphere I don't know, but I much prefer this time of year. I cheated for the jumper above - I'm no knitter; I got a tiny jumper from Vinnies and did a cut & sew job!!

Autumn

Autumn is well & truly here. The Blue Mountains are lovely at this time of year as it starts to cool down, the leaves change colour & fall, and its time to don the walking boots and get out & about on some well-loved tracks. Early mornings and evenings are starting to get a bit chilly now. A good excuse to put this hot chocolate recipe together;-

4 Cups Powdered Milk

1 Cup Cocoa

1 Cup Sugar

Store in a jar. Put 2 tbspns of this mix into your

favourite mug and fill with boiling water. Stir.
